Tiger Tots (3-5 years old)
Our supportive and structured Tiger Tots program is designed specifically for girls and boys ages 3-5 years old. Once a week classes will teach students to become good citizens by combining physical fitness with social and listening skills training such as practicing patience, focus, honesty, respect and taking turns. Tiger Tots prepares kids for life by providing them with skills that will help them enter society with a higher level of self confidence and discipline. Tiger Tots are better students at school and better listeners at home.
With instruction methods developed specifically for children of this age group, we avoid using four letter words like "don't," "can't," and “won't." Instead, we want children to feel successful and confident every time they attend. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.

Youth Martial Arts (6-14 years old)
Martial arts teaches more than physical fighting skills. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind. Classes will combine kicking and punching combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, and philosophy to help develop strength, speed, balance, flexibility, and stamina. Classes are offered at every level from beginner to black belt for students ages 6 all the way up to adult.
Students can expect to learn the following:
Students will graduate through various ranks as they earn their way to a black belt.

- Leadership skills
- A focus on mental and ethical discipline, justice, etiquette, and respect

- Curriculum based on techniques found in Taekwondo, including blocks, kicks, punches, and open-handed strikes
- Both anaerobic and aerobic workout, including stretching
- Self-defense techniques
- Relaxation and meditation exercises
- Various take-downs,sweeps and throwing/falling techniques

Teen/Adult Martial Arts (15 and up)
Routine martial arts training helps develop the cardiovascular system for sustained endurance and also promotes balance, coordination, flexibility, speed, strength, agility, and stamina. Our students not only develop self-defense skills, but also achieve their personal goals of physical fitness, confidence and stress reduction.
Teens and adults are joined by their peers who exemplify CFMA’s core philosophy of “Success Through Goal Setting.” Students combine positive values with real life experience and increase their ability to focus and practice self-discipline, while demonstrating respect for others.

Our staff is success-oriented and focused on helping students develop essential skills that will improve their quality of life. You can expect to go home from class with renewed vigor and enthusiasm.
